Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing: With
a staff of six sales people, Mr. Ravan is capable
of instituting very effective and wide ranging leasing
and sales programs. Mr. Ravan has been involved
with leasing and selling of over one million square
feet of office and retail space.
Real Estate Owned: Extensive experience working
with financial institutions marketing REO properties.
South Park Group, Inc. has access to a large pool
of qualified buyers, both domestic and international.
Site Selection: Assist national and local
retailers in selecting office and retail sites,
including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles
