Kat has over 10 years of extensive experience in
buying, selling and leasing Single Family attached and detached homes
and Multi-Unit Residential and Commercial buildings. She was named
in top 2% in NRT Realtor network of over 40,000 agents in 2009 with
Coldwell Banker on the Sunset Strip. She presents various types of
data collected and information for client requests creating satisfied
buyers and sellers, she creates marketing plans and strategies for
new and existing projects, while utilizing online services for presenting
properties and obtaining new buyers. She has implemented and overseen
high-profile clients and events, broker caravans and open houses increasing
sales, occupancy, traffic and growth. She joined South Park Group
in 2009 to head up the Residential division and expands our presence
in Los Angeles in the residential market, focusing primarily on the
West Side, Hollywood Hills Vicinity and Downtown Los Angeles. She
is a green home specialist, certified short sale negotiator and works
extensively with foreclosure properties.
She has specialized in new project lease-ups, contributed to renovation
and planning of new construction of luxury communities. Kat has created
and developed marketing campaigns and strategies for new promotions
and grand opening events and continues to work diligently to help
maintain low monthly delinquency and strong resident retention. She
has overseen daily operations of leasing and management staff to develop
implement and assist with office/community procedures to improve operations
while processing resident payments, resolves resident conflicts, monitors
traffic reports and market surveys and has maintained accounts payable/receivable,
and reconciling petty cash.
Kat's introduction into Real Estate began in Home Financing in 2001
where she initiated, solicited and originated mortgage loans through
self-promotion with developed strategies to become top producing loan
consultant in her office; doubled production for in-house transactions
and maintained highest closed loan ratio. Increased cash flow; decreased
out-source marketing costs by 50%; increased overall company interest.
She performed client income and credit analysis for home loan pre-qualification,
taught Real Estate training classes for Century 21 Horizon and independent
first time home buyer seminars, expedited loan closings with efficient
processing by customizing programs and pricing for qualified applicants
using a network of wholesale, private and direct lenders. Her background
and knowledge of home financing helps her surpass colleagues in today's
market.
