Mitchel Ulansey has over 18 years of commercial
real estate |
experience. After graduating from California State
University Northridge, Mr. Ulansey joined South
Park Group, Inc. Since becoming a member of the
South Park Group team I 1989, Mitchel has succeceeded
to grow to the level of Vice President.
An impressive real estate background utilizing
skills in marketing, leasing, tenant relations,
property management, asset management, project management
and contract negotiation. Mr. Ulansey has
successfully represented owners, buyers, landlords
and tenants in the purchase, sale and lease of commercial
real estate. He is credited with leasing more than
one million square feet of office and retail space
in the Los Angeles area as well as selling numerous
commercial office/retail buildings and a hotel and
golf resort.
Mr. Ulansey heads South Park Group Inc, with it’s
property management division. Mitch typically manages
and overseees all operations of his projects
including, all marketing and leasing activities,
property manangent, general maintenance, vendor
contracts, banking/finances and tenant relations.
Mitchel Ulansey has the ability to work successfully
with clients large and small, in all markets. Mitchel
has represented banks, city governments, and multi-national
companies. At the same time Mr. Ulansey enjoys the
ability to assists smaller “Mom and Pop”
companies to be successful in aquiring smart well
suited commercial properties. |
