Robert Modir is an Engineering graduate from University
of Ottawa
in Canada. He has been involved in real estate
since 1989 in Toronto and Los Angeles. Robert worked
very closely with developers and builders and managed
projects from start (finding the site) to finish
(building and leasing). Over the past 17 years,
he has been involved in different aspects of the
business such as:
Working with local and foreign investors to
purchase investments properties.
Working with bank to arrange loans for investors.
Managing commercial and residential properties.
Managing construction projects.
Representing clients in buying and selling
multi million dollar commercial and residential
properties.
