Sam Minasian is our Executive Vice President. With
over 15 years
of commercial real estate experience Sam specializes
in both sales and leasing. Since joining SPG in
1991, Sam has leased and sold over 2,000,000 square
feet of office and retail space in the Hollywood,
West Hollywood and the greater Los Angeles Area.
Sam can attribute much of his success to his excellent
people skills and his ability to establish long
lasting relationships with his many clients. Sam
is of Armenian descent, was born in Lebanon and
has been living in Los Angeles since the age of
16.
