Sima Yamini is a graduate of Cal State University
Northridge.
Sima has a Bachelor of Science in accounting and
finance. She has been active in different fields
of Real Estate since 1985. Her first few years in
residential Real estate with Merrill Lynch in Beverly
Hills office was the start of her career in this
field.
In 1989, she joined Phoenix Mortgage Corporation
in Westwood. In this company she worked c losely
with several financial institutions and became an
expert in residential and commercial financing as
well as SBA loans. She also became familiar with
organizing and completing packages for loans over
5 Million dollars in areas such as Down town Los
Angeles and other difficult areas for purchase and
refinance loans.
In her years in financing field, she acquired a
tremendous deal of knowledge and connections with
financial institutions to help his valued clients
in any field of real estate through the years. These
expertise also helped her to become very active
in the investment and leasing aspect of real estate.
1n 1998 she joined South Park Group, Inc. to specialize
in selling and leasing of real properties exclusively.
In her years with South Park Group, she has mastered
the leasing market of office space, retail and Industrial
leasing. She represents many property owners on
a permanent bases for all their leasing needs. She
also specializes in tenant representation and relocation
of large corporation and head quarters to various
locations.
Sima is also currently involved in purchasing and
sales of real estate properties. She specializes
in office buildings, shopping centers and Industrial
buildings for private investors or owner users all
around USA.
