Steve Ravan graduated Boston University in 2005,
and brings his B.S. in Business Management and Hospitality
Administration to the South Park Group organization.
In just his 2nd year at SPG, Steve’s superb
proficiency in real estate finance and management
allows him to bring a unique confluence of abilities
to our company. Steve specializes in lease negotiations,
property management, and marketing, furthering his
understanding of the disciplines necessary for success
in the real estate industry.
He concentrates in the acquisitions of properties
in most of the major high-growth sub-markets of
Los Angeles. His database of clients has been established
with the help of his network that includes property
owners, investors, and developers.
His experience in property management and development
over the past 2 years gave Steve first hand knowledge
of acquisitions, mapping, zoning, and development
analysis. He is working very closely with South
Park Group's clients to acquire and develop a profitable
project and to maintain its value in the long term. |
